Root Can I return my droid

I am having a problem with my droid microphone. I wanted to return it and get a refurb. I was rooted so I flashed back to 2.01 using RSD. Now can I bring my phone to the verizon store on 2.01 or do I need to upgrade?

If you flashed back to stock 2.01 you should be fine. Make sure to uninstall any tell-tale apps like setcpu just to be safe.

personally I would force the 2.1 update but you dont need to.

Going fine. Actually bricked my Droid. Was playing HomeRun, lag got me pissed, and threw the phone across the room (you see, you can brick a Droid ). The phone was rooted when I shipped it back but with a dead display, no problem First replacement arrived dead, second replacement has no problems. Now have been waiting to go to Droid X and will probably grab one in a couple of weeks.

Ok thanks for the advice. I'll just push 2.1 then bring it back
