can i sell my warranty replacement triumph without activating it

I just got a warranty replacement triumph which came in a sealed original box and am looking to sell it on ebay, I dont know if I need to activate it to complete the replacement process or if i could buy the evo and activate it and not have any issues. I just want to make sure that they wont charge me or that the replacement is going to be able to work for some one else. what do u think or has any one done this?

In my experiance... one of the two phones has to be returned in 14 days, either the original or the replacement. As long as you sent them back one you are good to go. I say go for! I have had four refurbs
