Can I switch cards?

My Samsung Instinct does not connect for them to transfer my info to my EVO. Can I take the memory card out and install in the EVO to transfer info? If so how do I capture the info into the new phone? Thanks.

Not totally sure install it in the EVO and try it.

Or you could just bluetooth em over and save yourself the hassle of removing the sd card.

Cant you just connect your Instinct to your computer, transfer files to comp, then plug in Evo and transfer to Evo?
