Is there a way, other than touching to move between entry fields on a form or email?

I believe the optical track pad you can.

Usually if you're on something with multiple fields, to the right of the space bar will be a next(?) button which will take you to the next entry field. I may be wrong with the stock keyboard, I haven't used it for a while.
