Can I turn off a setting for mobile web versions?

ProudPapaG

I can't find a setting that allows me to just see the regular versions of websites, as opposed to the mobile versions. Some sites give an option after opening in Mobile v, but i'd rather disable it altogether. At least for some sites it'd be nice. So far, the 4G seems to handle the full versions pretty well IMO.

Can anyone nudge me in the right direction?

.

I have unchecked mobile view but cnet still goes to m.cnet.com really annoying. I cleared cookies stillnhappens, anyone know how to stop it?
thanks

The website cnn probably detects your browser for you and automatically switches to m.cnn.com because of what it detects..not sure if there really is a way around that one.

I may be completely wrong but isn't there a way to change your user agent so that you appear to be on a PC instead of a mobile browse???
