Root Can I unroot and continue to run CM 3.1?

I may have a need to unroot completely (removal of all files that unrevoked installs) but want to know if this will allow me to continue to run cyanogen mod 6.1.0 or not

Nope, once you unroot your phone will once again look like it did out of the box.
