Root Can it hurt to be rooted?

Ok, being that this is my 1st ever Android Device, I've never messed with rooting etc.

I am just curious if being rooted can hurt, if you don't do anything special beside use a Screenshot App?

Being a beginner I don't want to mess with anything until a SBF is available etc. I'd just like to use a Screenshot App.

Now with that said, if I don't do anything I would normally not do, and only Root it for a Screenshot App, could I run into problems like mess anything up?

As long as you don't delete or modify system apps, you should be fine. I am rooted and have frozen a couple of apps with no badness. That said, if you are really concerned about it, then wait until there is an SBF file and/or Clockwork Recovery procedure to get you back to your original state.

I don't know of anyone who has done rooting and regretted it

Rooting doesn't hurt it, its what you can do after. once we have sbf files at that point it can save u if you mess up

Im not planning on modifying anything. Just get a screenshot app
