It's not as fast as everyone claims. It is only SLIGHTLY faster than stock Sense.
My gripes below. If anyone knows the answer to any of them, please chime in:
1) You can only (that I know of) add an icon/widget/folder/shortcut to the screen you are currently on.
You CANNOT seem to move an icon from one screen to another, as you could with Sense. With Sense, you move the icon onto, say, a larger widget or over another icon (as long as the other icon is not a folder), and the "add" mode will somehow suspend, allowing you to scroll to another screen with the icon you want suspended and ready to be "put" in place.
2) CALLS. When I make a call, I can't click on the phone to see the call in progress. The phone dialer will take my to the dial pad and list of previous calls, even if there is a call in progress.
I know you can get to the call in progress by pulling down the notification bar, but that's really annoying.
3) I lost my Agenda Widget!
The stock, super large and transparent one that came with Sense. I am sure it's an HTC widget, but I just thought of it this morning and realized I couldn't find it. It was so smooth with the scrolling. I have Smooth Calendar but it doesn't let me view the agenda for the entire week like the first widget I had up.
Anyone know which agenda widget I am talking about?
4) Force Closes when I want to add a new shortcut or application. Or, it just takes forever to load the list of shortcuts/apps.
5) Bottom row icon launcher (is this the row of icons at the bottom of every screen?) is not customizable. I saw a screen shot of this with the default camera app in the icon row, INCLUDING the camera's default icon. I also saw HandCent on there with an unread counter. I WANT THIS.
Right now, all the bottom row icons show as these grey, lifeless looking icons: dialer, people, app drawer, sms, browser.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?
The version released today allows up to 15 user selected apps to be added to the bottom row. The dock now scrolls to accommodate the additional icons
