I'm going there today to test a working demo. I will see if it's possible.I was just wondering if LTE can usually be turned off on a phone, I've never had a smartphone and the more I read about this one, the more I come over from the Gnex.

Yesterday, I verified on a unit at Verizon store, that you can switch to cdma only mode, by going to settings-mobile networks, same as you can on the Droid Charge.
Interesting I didn't see that option and looked for it there. I obviously missed it....Yesterday, I verified on a unit at Verizon store, that you can switch to cdma only mode, by going to settings-mobile networks, same as you can on the Droid Charge.

Is there a stock widget for this setting?
I did not look actually, on the bionic there was no widget. But only takes 6 seconds to accomplish without a widget so no biggy.

yeah, but how sweet would it be to shave 4 seconds off that time?![]()
One of the things I really like about Samsung's Touchwiz UI is the pulldown menu has icons for toggling different settings. I believe they include toggle mobile data, Wi-Fi, bluetooth, gps, and ringer. So simple yet so useful...
