Root can my boost design be flashed to another network

I have a evo design i rooted and all that, now boost has suspended my account for terms of contract violation! Can my design be flashed to another network? U S cell maybe? Or if i had to re-open an account in another name would i have to change my gmail too?

I believe its illegal to flash now. Becouse of Obama lol. But ya tge phone can be flashed. I we would just open another account with boost and not tell them that you rooted or installed a different rom or anything this time

trust me they do iv worked for verizon, at&t, t-mobile. they wont give any customer support if they found out your rooted or running diff roms or anything like that. which in my opinion (and almost everyone else on these forums) is really stupid that they wont help us with anything.
