Help Can NexusBlur be ported to our phones?

I hate to ask this,but is there anyway NexusBlur can be ported to our phones? I know its a port from a port but I would like to have MotoBlur on our phones? If not can somebody point me in the right direction to get me started? Any info appreciated.

i think it may be possible but it just depends on if any devs want to try to port it... i would like to try motoblur
