Help Can no longer read google play books offline

I used to be able to read Google play books just fine offline, but today I downloaded 4 new books, to read offline, and now whenever I try to go on google play books, it says "your device is offline, check your connection and try again." I've never had this problem before, and I have downloaded the books correctly, but now I am unable to read books without an Internet connection. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for coming back to edit your post that it's now working...wonder if it just had to "finalize" a token/confirmation setting or something.
