Can no longer receive email

I am no longer receiving my emails. I use Yahoo as my primary mail. I sign in using a desk top and no problem, but when I sign in using my Marquee, I get a message to "sign in using a desktop and then sign in using the mobile". I tried to use the Yahoo app and it says that I am using an invalid i.d. or password, when they are correct. Any help, please. I really need this resolved.
 
Dont know if this will help but I had a similar issue with my Prevail. Try updating your prl. if that doesnt work Id call Boost.
 
Thank you, DaddyZap. I've come across that page several times, but now that I'm trying to find it, I can't locate it. Where can I find it? Thank you
 
After the good suggestions, I've received, My issue was not solved. I called Boost and had to do a complete reset to factory settings. This solved the problem, but of course I had to re install all the apps I had. After using Blackberry's for many years, I have to get used to the fact of not being able to back up my device. Take the good with the bad. Thank you all. bdjaddy
