Help Can not connect to 4G

Yesterday I installed Fotakill to prevent my phone from asking me to update from FI22 to FL24. Today I'm laying on my bed in downtown Denver, and Speedtest.net says my wimax is running 9.70 Mbps down and 1.43 Mbps up. No problems here. The highest speed I've ever pulled out of wimax was 12.6 Mbps and I was 50 feet from the tower at the time.

Stock Rooted FL24 (Boost FL24 + Agat's tREC_v0.2.2) seems to work lol
4G's a Scam... They advertise 4G this and 4G that and I get the phone and there isn't a 4G signal to be had in this state ??? I did get a 4G connection at a hostipital once. Dang it would be nice to have for real... it's a throttled 3G or nuttin around here
