Anyone have any idea why this is happening? I can ping the phone when I plug my laptop/desktop into the router but not when they are also on wifi. TIA.
I can think of a few reason why this might happen. We can start with the basics, though. Have you verified that they are on the same network? What is the IP address of the phone? How about the IP address of the computer you're trying to ping from? Have you tried pinging the computer from the phone?
