Can not update

First time here.

I just tried to update my S2 to ICS but Kies gives me a message about my device not being able to update via Keis.

Ive never rooted, always legit updates.

Tried a factory reset but still nothing.

Any ideas?

Yep, did it 3 times to make sure I had the right one.

lol yep, ATT Galaxy S2 Skyrocket.

I even tried different cords and different usb ports on the computer (Win7).

Does the version of Gingerbread matter? Im at 2.3.6 and I see that it went to 2.3.7 however the settings>update says Im up to date.

You gotta be kidding me. I thought it was just the ATT name for the S2.

No, it's the LTE version of the galaxy s2. ours doesn't have LTE. we use HSPA+ instead. It's slower and the monthly plan is cheaper. But don't worry, it'll be out for you soon. Think happy thoughts!
