Help Can only use internet with wifi

The problem is the title. girlfriends phone will only connect to the internet with wifi and not on the regular mobile network. bought the phone on cl and tested it. everything worked so I did a reset to wipe alll the old owners data and set it up hooked u to the wifi at the house. I have the joy of playing with it later. any suggestions on settings she may have missed or anything

Was that using the stock browser ? Try a another browser .may not fix the problem but may help u to trouble shoot. I had that problem before but no data services worked . It was on a win mobile phone .we reset it with the carrier & that fixed it

You can check:

Settings>Wireless and networks>Mobile networks>Use packet data

Make sure "Use packet data" is checked.
