I've had to reset my S2 to factory settings (4.0.3) after experiencing a problem with the battery not charging when the phone was powered on. The reset seems to have cleared it up.
I performed a full backup on Kies and also backed up my apps using AirDroid. The one thing that didn't back up which I noticed was my music playlists. They've all disappeared although the music is all there.
For future reference, is there a way to back up the playlists? Is there an app?
