Help Can receive but can't send email

Hi, i am having problems sending email with my work email client. Don't know what to do. It is pop3 and i have my setting the same as in outlook but it just not happening. Any help would be appreciated.

you may have to use outgoing SMTP authentication if you dont already have it checked already. What domain (att,aol...ect) are you trying to send from?

All I know is it says mail.ddmg.net for the outgoing server.
