I have Open Home/Launcher pro/ and of course sense whatever its called...all i want to do is load some diff icons on my phone unsure how to do so.

If im understanding what you are asking you can just long press wherever you want the widget and a menu will come.

That or you can go into your app drawer, find the icon you want, press and hold it until you bounce back to the home screen, and place it where you would like.

Or maybe he means that he wants to change the look of the icons that come with the phone. I have not done that, but have seen pics of some people's phones who have done that. I am not sure if they downloaded some kind of app from Market/Appbrain, or if they rooted their phone and went from there. Does anyone else know?

If this is what you mean then an app such as any cut or better cut will allow you to change shortcut names and icons.

Yep, grab better cut, find some icons (.png extension) on gnome-look, kde-look, or deviantart, and transfer them to your phone in whatever folder you wish.

To change an icon, launch better cut and choose activity or whatever it is you wish to change (may take a few seconds for that list to load if you have lots of apps) select the app, and the rest is self explanatory.
