Root Can someone please, help me restore my IMEI?!

Did a proper com port show up in available. On my S5 active its com15. The SPC is a kinda hand shake that confirms everything OK. I had one S5 that I did something really really stupid in terminal and complete wiped the EFS and was screwed. It would not connect to anything afterward.
 
Try different cable and USB on pc. Got to be able to get SPC for program to work. Check phone USB menu again for changed setting. Got to be RMNET+ DM+M

Diagnostic com port should be a two digit number. Seen it as high as 26. Mine is 15. Looks like all drivers not installed. Yellow triangle. I think I got all my drivers with Kies but can't remember, I'm old.
 
hahahahaha! You're REALLY knowledgeable to be that old! I'll have to check if all my drivers are installed. Then again, when I check with Windows, it tells me that they're fine.
 
I actually had a question on these...I'm actually downloading one of the 4.4.4's because I had already tried to flash the 4.4.2 to try to fix my problem. It's still 2 hours away from being done. My question is: Can I flash the 4.4.4 to my device without any problems?
 
I'm sure that you're very tired by now. I really, REALLY appreciate how you've been helping me to this point; however, I believe that I need to make sure that I got my drivers in place and then, maybe we can resume the troubleshooting.
 
Yes. When they introduced Knox it made it difficult if not impossible to downgrade so if you are not sure what firmware version is currently installed always flash highest version you can find.

If you can't get it to talk to Qualcomm tool may need to try firmware
 
That's the exact same problem I'm facing ;_;... I flashed my phone back to stock without backup lost imei number no network or data connectivity...I can't even get into USB hidden mode ;_;
