Root Can someone tell me how to Flash gingersense ROM?

When I tried to install/flash this rom earlier, it just got messed up, so I had to restore my previous rom. Can someone tell me how to flash this thing correctly?
 
The directions are in the rom thread link I gave you.

Boot into recovery, wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, a few times each, install the rom.
 
The problem may be you need to wipe data/cache 2-3 times before flashing. Are you flashing from recovery or rom manager?
