Root can the ms690 handle GTA III?

on this http://androidforums.com/samsung-admire/465034-grand-theft-auto-iii.html thread, i decided to try it out n guess what!!! once it dl'd the sd contents the load screen was actually working but the game just didnt load
im pretty sure with some tweeking, it can work, its just that i dont know exactly , umm, how to implement the tweeks-
1st, can someone who actually knows what they r doing try this out n
2nd can that someone walk me through what needs to be done?

tried da .set file 4da admire n got smooth scrolling action but picture was garbage, mirrored images n lots of artifice (i guess they're called)
but frigging plays! n then with da stock .set played xtra choppy@ like 6 frames/min, but with sound removed, got bout 18-20fps
im oc'd @825 wit CF3D n v6 supercharger running on reppards 2.3.5 cm7
if sum1 could walk me thru hex editing i think i can figure it out...
