Root Can the Warp 4G run Android "L"?

I recently heard about the new android version and all it's new bells and whistles and I saw that it runs on a 64 bit processor. Now seeing that our Warp 4G runs on a 32 bit Qualcomm MSM8930 Snapdragon 400, will it be able to run or even run this new Android OS? The Warp 4G has a semi-working CM 11 build and knowing that Cyanogenmod will make CM 12, if someone were to build a CM 12 rom, would the phone be able to have a full functionality of the features?

Lemme put it this way... I put my 32 bit Linux HD in a 64bit PC to use as dual boot. I can't really use a damn thing on it. Folders & files are there but unusable. Can't see any pix or images... Like looking at a ghost of a hard drive. That being said, it's not looking good, lol.

Thanks for the info but from what you said, do you mean you ran a 32 bit os on a 64 bit PC or vice versa?

Android L will run on 32-bit devices. The Nexus 4, 5, and 7 are 32-bit for example. The real question is, will someone build it for this device?
