Is there a CDMA verizon radio zip I could flash?

It's a hardware incompatibility, so flashing firmware won't be much help.

This is just me being an anal stickler. There is a yes and a no answer to this.
No:
The Google Play Edition does have a multi-mode radio capable of CDMA (as it uses Qualcomm's Gobi radio, which does have inherent CDMA capability). What it lacks is a) the firmware for the radio (can be flashed), and b) the power amplifier for CDMA compatibility (hardware, cannot be fixed). So the HTC One GPe sold from the Google Play Store cannot be activated on Verizon.

Unlike the Galaxy S4 GPe, which doesn't have a full conversion software (just a custom ROM), the HTC One from any carrier can be flashed into a GPe. Hit up XDA for the information as it's an involved process. If you can't find the info from searching that site, then doing the actual process is beyond your skills.
