Help Can we flash .sbf with a Mac?

Hey all, I'm in the process of preparing to go back to 2.1 (for the 2.2 OTA) and I was wondering if there's a method to flash the phone with my Macbook (with OS X).

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes. You can use RSD for this. You will need a program to run this before you start. Make sure you update all the files.

I find this to be the best way to flash SBF using a Mac.

I am also assuming you know how to do the actual flash once you have this downloaded.
