Can we resize the screen size for games?

Ok I know this is a weird thing to ask but I was wondering if there is an app or a way to keep in their original size or at least a bit smaller size. It feels that some games lag because of the stretching rather than because the tablet is not strong enough.

remember most games are designed for phones at the moment so compatibility with a tablet is hit and miss im afraid

oh and 'LCD Density Changer' can change the resolution. the game may revert it back though

Tried the LCD Density Changer. Sadly even if it shows the density is changed, "saved", it does nothing. Well it was worth the try. Thank you very much for answering ^^. As for spare parts, its a tim5a rom part and I have seen it before but nothing about resolution sadly. Aw well
