Root Can you calculate battery consumption?

Is there any easy way to calculate battery consumption? I made too many changes all at once and now my battery life is almost 40% worse. I don't know if its the change in ROM, radio, or kernel that is causing it, :(

I went from Stock Rom, Stock Froyo radio, and hydra stock undervolt to
Virtuous 3.2, the new leaked evo radio, and incredikernel.

Been playing around switching kernels and radios back and forth trying to see whats eating the battery but not having much success.

The app "spare parts" can help in telling what is draining battery. The only way to get a real judge on battery life after switching the components you mentioned is to use it for a few days.
But as to how radios and kernels effect your battery is quite different. Flashing different radios can effect your signal strength, which will cause more battery drain if your signal is degraded with the new radio.
Kernels effect the battery more directly as they direct exactly how much juice can be sucked out of the battery to perform tasks.
But the most likely cause of sudden significant battery drain is because of an app not letting the phone sleep. If you can't find an app that is draining your battery by using "spare parts" or looking in the "battery use" screen in the settings, I'd go into titanium and backup your apps and data, and then start uninstalling any recently installed apps and see if your battery improves
But like I said above, the only real way to get an accurate measure of how your battery life has improved or worsened after changing kernels/radios is to use the phone for a few days.

Well I tried Lou's #6 but the screen became unresponsive and was not able to unlock screen so I'm now on Lou's #4.

As for the radio it appears both give me about the same while in the office which is around -80db

Doesn't appear to be any applications keeping the phone awake after using spare parts.

The built in battery meter shows:
Cell Standby using ~40%
Phone Idle ~30%
Android system ~20%
Other: ~10%

From what I recall on stock that is normal %'s for my phone. I'm going to go ahead and stick with Lou's #4 and Stock Froyo Radio for a day or two and see if anything improves.

Was able to easily go 14 hours with day2day moderate use and still have ~20% battery left. Recently I hit the 15% left after 8 hours. Today isn't a good measurement since I been messing around and changing things all day though.
