Help Can you Delete Bloatware with Rooting?

Is there a way to get rid of the bloatware on the Note 2 without rooting?

If not, is which method of rooting should I go with if all I am interested in is getting rid of this software?

Deleting it won't give you much more space, and deleting it can and probably will prevent you from taking OTA updates.
You can disable most of it in application settings.
