Help can you download different keyboards?

haha funny, did you read thru the whole thread? because the HTC keyboard is out there for all to download free of charge. Or maybe I just don't get the joke?

ya I don't really think you can't but the HTC Keyboard has nothing to do with Better keyboard besides they have a "HTC Skin"

I guess I feel stupid asking this but once I make my keyboard and use the scanner to scan it on my phone, how do I switch the stock keyboard for the one I just created?

Unzip it...then press the apk file to install it.

Long press in any text entry field-->Edit Text pops up-->press on Input Method-->HTC_IME mod.

once you make the keyboard you download the zip. Unzip it, and place the apk on your sd card in a place where its easily accessible. If you downloaded it from your phone the zip will be in your downloads folder and you can just install from there. Also check this thread...http://androidforums.com/motorola-droid-x/170378-custom-themed-htc-keyboards.html for complete installation instructions. You are going to need a second file from Xda forums if you want to be able to adjust settings on your keyboard. Once you have your keyboard installed, go to settings>keyboard and languages> and check the box next to HTC_IME to enable the keyboard. Next go to any text entry field and long press to select the keyboard.
