Can you edit screenshots on S4 with s pen

One of the features that I like on the note's, is that you can scribble things onto a screenshot or any picture/document when it's in the edit mode.
Is it possible to do this with an s4?

Nope. S4 doesn't have the hardware to recognize the S-pen.

So I assume that a stylus and an s-pen are two different things?
I ask because I can still use handwriting in the 'S-Memo' app.
