can you help me find what tablet i have

I really dont know what tablet this is i ordered a mid816 and a v7 from merimoblies and neither of them look like what i asked for soo after looking online i began to think this was the mid816r2 but im not sure as the device drivers wont install and i cant root it and the 2.3 stock image doesnt work correctly so can anybody tell me what kind of tablet this is and what kinda roots and images it can use when i ordered it it was suppose to be andriod 2.3 but its only 2.2 and the market sucks on here thanks

Can't you just ask the store you bought it form what it is? Did it come with a manual?

there opening times dont fit with my workschedule and they always swear they sent me what i asked for the manual says ARM CortexTM-A8 MID but it doesnt say what kind of MID it is at first glance it looks like a any A816 MID816 or MID816r2 but all three of those tables can use the same drivers and images and those three have Focus or bena circut boards mine had none of those
