Help Can you Help?

I turned the phone on this morning and all I get is the Motorolo logo. Now I can't even turn the phone off. I am getting texts and calls, but can't get to them. Only see the Motorolo logo on my screen. Any ideas?

Pull the battery? If that does not work then you may need to factory reset. Are you rooted? If the battery pull doesn't work post back and I'll give you directions on getting into recovery for the factory reset
