Hello people.

I have just finished installing dGB 1.4 on my Desire and im loving it but i was wondering if there is some way of installing an English Dictionary onto the phone?

It may sound strange but when i was on LeeDroid it automatically corrected spelling mistakes in my text messages, I tend to type fast so if i type "thrn" it would usualy correct it to "then" when i hit space but now it doesn

Don't know about stock keyboard.

i use Swiftkey X, and love it. Very good predictions, and very nice overall. Download the free try it out version from market, and fall in love!

Thread title not specific, therefore did not read thread til now.

The android stock keyboard that comes with dGB is very cut down. Its ONLY purpose is so you can type your username / password at set up. The idea is install a 3rd party keyboard.

personally I use (and recommend) the HTC keyboard, with Clicker Hi (linked in the ultimate toolbox thread). You need the password though, towards the end of the thread.

Ahhh i see thank you Flumme & SUroot i was looking through the market at "dictionary" and never thought it would be the keyboard that would provide this.

Thanks again! :)
