Help Cannot access AT&T Internet or Email? Help

Hi, I purchased a unblocked Samsung Galaxy Note from NewEgg and I am unable to access my Email or Internet from my AT&T wireless. I can access my email and Internet from my wifi. I called AT&T Tech line but they could not figure it out.

I used the below to adjust my APN. I am new at this and I need some help...PLEASE. Thanks.

Problem solved: I had to pull the battery and sim card 3 times and restart the phone each time. On the 3rd attempt h+ started to work and I had access to AT&T email and internet. Thanks.

it's as follows, NAME - ATT US
APN - wap.cingular
SERVER - http://device.home
APN - internet/sms

the mcc - 310 and mnc - 410 should already be there. good luck
