Root Cannot access SD card once partitioned.

I've been going through hell all day to try and get Darktremors to work to no avail, so I figured I would post my struggles and see if anyone can help me...

I have an 8g SanDisk SD card that I am trying to split into almost equal partitions. I am using EaseUS partition manager.

I have been creating a FAT32 Primary partition of 3.5g for files to go, and an EXT2 logical partition of 3.9g for Darktremors to use.

Every time I create the partition it would seem okay at first, but as soon as I turn off USB storage the SD card would go AWOL. I had to put it in my girlfriend's Blackberry(yuck) to read it, which it did so fine.

After I failed at that several times I decided to try and go back to Link2SD and repartitioned it into two equal FAT32(1 Primary, 1 Logical) partitions and it proceeded to do the same thing.

Am I missing something here???? It is really frustrating me.

also be careful using those partitioning softwares... i onetime re-sized a 32gb by accident to 500mb.. lol.. so be careful when changing from primary to logical or the partition formats on those partitioning apps....

Yeah, I always double and triple check what options I have selected before I actually apply anything. EaseUS makes it pretty easy to make sure you aren't completely destroying anything.
