Anyone ever have this issue? I am the original owner, everything was great until thursday. I switched to a 4s to make sure it worked, it did, but sim card was retired. So I went to get another one.
Now, I have 3g/4g, but cannot activate the phone, nor can verizon (WTF). We have both tried numerous times, new sims, different activation methods, full resets, etc...nothing will work.
I continue to get "your mobile data service couldnt be activated. this may be a temporary problem, and may be solved restarting your phone" - this does not work.
Also a note, I have been told activation takes up to 24hrs, but usually 15-20 min. I have waited well over this time. V is sending me a replacement phone....why on earth I dont know, they have checked the IMEI and its fine
