I bought a Sensation 4G from T-Mobile store yesterday. (2/04) So it is LOCKED, of course. And I am using $50 Pre-paid unlimited talk, txt, and data plan.
After install some apps., run a Lookout, while the battery has only about 10% left, weird thing happened, when I tried to change HTC wallpaper, it won't let me do it, even though it already showed the picture I selected has Apply. The wallpaper is always the same, no matter if I choose HTC wallpaper or from photo gallery.
The problem was solved after I restore the factory setting. (It is really painful since I have to re-install all apps. again... Totally waste of time)
This is my FIRST smart phone, so I don't know if I should return it or not. (I can return it within 30 days)
Does anybody has this issue on your Sentation 4G?
Does the issue sound normal?
Should I return it and exchange a new one? (Then I will have to re-install all apps. again, ... )
