I am having the same problem and it is EXTREMELY frustrating! This first happened a few days ago. So I pulled the battery and reset....nothing. So then I did a total phone reset...nothing. Then when I thought I was going to have to take it back into the store it randomly started working. Now just this morning it has started to do it again. I have tried turning it on/off and have pulled the battery again and still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas what we could do??
