Help Cannot connect to computer!! Help!!!

Hello, my Inspire is only a couple months old. It is rooted as well. When I rooted it in the beginning, it would work fine connecting to the computer. Now I've tried it and neither the computer, nor the phone recognize each other. It just starts charging when I plug it into the computer. I have many charging cables for it and tried them all, but none work. I've tried toggling fast boot, USB Debugging, and even mounting USB in ClockworkMod Recovery. Nothing works! The only thing that works, is if I boot into the bootloader, my PC makes the plugged in sound, then says that Windows couldn't recognize the device because it malfunctioned, or something. When I exit the bootloader, or unplug it, I get the unplug sound. So basically, if I was going to do a warranty claim, I wouldn't be able to, since I can't flash the stock RUU! Does anybody know what to do!??!?!! Please help!! Thanks!!!

P.S. I have also tried connecting on many different ROMs, none work.

Hey! I found the solution to my problem!!! When I turned off the WiFi on my phone, I was able to connect to my computer with the USB cord. It wouldn't show it at all when the WiFi was on though.
Hopefully this simple bit of info will help someone else.
Also: I had 5 videos mysteriously missing from the phone but they showed up on the computer after I connected to it.

No that doesn't work. I never have Wi-Fi on anyway. I've tried about 5 different USB cables. I unrooted the phone by downloading the ROM from the stock RUU, but this had to be done on the browser on my phone, not through a computer. I've tried multiple computers, Windows, Macs, Ubuntu computers, etc. Only one of them came up with something. My one computer has Windows Vista and it came up with a message saying USB Device Not Recognized. Please help! I need to be able to have a fully functioning phone!!
