hi guys, i have the same problem of not being able to connect with kies on my galaxy note 2 n7100. Also, my phone came with area of clicking unknown source not there. Therefore, i cannot install any other app unless from play store. Lately, i have been working with android studio but it cannot connect. How can solve this problem. Please help.

Cannot connect to Kies issues

Others with your device may be able to help.Have you tried a different cord or usb port? Have you tried to reboot your computer and/or phone?
Have you been able to connect before, then now you cannot?
Is your phone recognized by the computer at all?
I'm trying to recall when they moved it, but make sure you are looking in the right place. In newer versions of Android it should be under menu>settings>security>device administration.
