New to the forum, took a bit to have trouble I guess, and last night my phone stopped allowing me to delete old emails from only one of my email accounts. My other accounts are not affected, seemingly anyway, and when I attempt to delete the emails, which display as 'new' or 'unread', by selecting the 'delete' option when my screen brings the mailbox back up all the mail I wished to delete is gone. When I try to open the mail itself it just keeps cycling right back to my mailbox.
I have NO idea what's going on or what I may have done.
Any ideas? And if no one knows any other ideas about resources to resolve this problem? I'm trying to avoid contacting a customer service rep because I want to try to keep my day out of the toilet.
