I just got my S4 and the Verizon rep. did her thing and my old pictures were transferred to "Gallery". I am over these pictures and want to delete them, however, there is no delete option. The gallery folder is on my phone memory - not on my SD card. I can use the download button and a duplicate picture shows up which can be deleted, however, the original one is still there. I wanted to check for an answer before I do a factory reset - ugh.

You should be able to tap and hold on the gallery folder (not while inside of it) and it'll give you the option to delete.
Otherwise a file manager could delete for you.
