Help Cannot disable Youtube SafeSearch

In the Youtube App on Captivate:

I tried to search for this song "being a dickhead's cool" , and it just won't show the search results. When I try to change the SafeSearch settings, the option is grayed out. WTF, I feel like I have an Apple phone.

PS, funny song by the way.
