Cannot download app

I hope this is the right forum for a Galaxy GT-I9100 ?
This is new to me, having upgraded from an HTC Desire. One app I want is the Control Bar from androidzoom. I have checked the "Unknown sources" box in Settings, but when I try to download the app, Google Playstore pops up and says "Item not found". Any idea what's going on ?
... or any other similar apps ?

It looks like it's been removed from Play Store. I get exactly the same thing.

It's where the download button from your link sends you. You can use and download an .apk from other sources. It's just not available from the play store.
