Help Cannot download pics in texts

I have a galaxy note and every time i get a pic in a text i get this box that says download but it wont download. I did have it rooted but it is not rooted now, wifi is off and 4g is on

Go to settings, select "Wireless and network", select"Mobile networks" select APN (Access Point Names). In my case I had only 1 called AT@T PTA. While in here click "Menu" button with your finger and selcet the 2nd tab called "Reset to default"

Retry and see if it works.
