Help Cannot download picture message

THIS PHONE IS PURE TRASH,..THATS WHAT I GET FOR GETTING A METRO ANDROID... WOW SO I CAN RECEIVE AND SEND PIC MESSAGES AT RANDOM I UNINSTALLED Handcent sms....i am trying 2 avoid doing a factory reset how do i solve this...and the more i look online..its THIS PHONE not the company or none of that... so somebody help me before i throw this trash n the street

Alright first of all dude chill out I'm sure this problem can be fixed just might take some time. But what you can try is going to settings>About phone>system updates>update PRL

I'm sorry if this doesn't work i may have a different phone format than you i have the HTC Hero.
