Help Cannot End Call

[Popshot]

I just got my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy S2 and at the moment when I am done with a call the phone does not let me bring up the keypad to end it. The phone just sits there with a blank screen and the only way to get back is to rip my battery out.

Save ur data and do a factory reset. If that doesn't work take it back for an exchange.

That usually happens to me, I just press the lock button to wake the phone up, then press the End Call.

I would do this but the phone is completely unresponsive.
