Thanks in advance for the help.
I just rooted my HTC Desire (CDMA) last night using UnRevoked and Revolutionary. I started to use the ROM Manager app but quickly deleted it after reading the warning on this site.
So now I'm trying to install a custom ROM that I found: [ROM-AOSP GRJ22] Oxygen v2.1.6 (Latest gingerbread, clean & simple) (GSM & CDMA) - xda-developers
I transferred the .zip file to my SD Card like the instructions say. Then I reboot into recovery mode and wipe all cache and user data, etc. Then when I click on install from .zip, the ROM that I put in there cannot be found.
I've also tried with several other roms and none of them show up when I get to that point.
Any help?? Thanks.
I apologize if this doesn't make sense. I'm a newbie when it comes to this stuff.
Also, when I used revolutionary with unrevoked, it did turn S-OFF.
Edit: NVM Im an idiot lol.
I didn't realize that I could scroll down even further when I was looking at the list of files in my SD card while in recovery mode. I was able to find it. Forgive my stupidity. Like I said, I'm a newbie.
