Help Cannot find VideoEditor in Galaxy Note !

I cannot find the Samsung App VideoEditor. ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.android.app.ve&hl=en)
in Galaxy Note, I tried to do everything but nothing work with me!
I really need this app....So, can you help me .

I found the apk of the app in the internet, but unfortunately they are very old so they don't work.

So, could anyone upload the latest version of the app?
